TOTAL DEFENCE SCHOOL RECORD CHALLENGE 2011
On the 17th February, to commemorate Total Defence day, EastSpring Secondary had done it again by setting another remarkable record, the formation of the largest Singapore map.
Everyone participated and gave their heart and soul in donating clothes, going around the HDB blocks to collect unwanted clothes and even standing under the hot sun for the official formation of the map. This indeed shows the spirit of each and every EastSpringian in contributing to their best ability for this occasion. School staff, alumKnights, students from EastSpring Primary School and the Parent Support Group, joined in to witness the joyous mark of another record set.
All would not had succeed without the enthusiastic and cooperation by each and everyone. This school activity not only brings glory and recognition to the school but brought togetherness within EastSpringians, teachers and staff too. We should all look forward to more of these events and furthermore do our utmost and have the willingness to participate greatly and give our best.
